Your Crown Presentation ceremony should be a magical and joyous experience. If you need to cancel, kindly notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund.
Due to the personalized and preparatory nature of the ceremony, refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we'll gladly offer a credit or voucher for a future tour, so you can savor the enchantment at a later date.
For returns, if you change your mind within 24 hours after the scheduled tour and the crown remains unworn, we'll happily provide a full refund.
Please keep in mind that once the crown has been worn, it becomes a cherished part of the ceremonial experience and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
